VBench is a virtual talent-pipelining platform for permanent and contract technology roles. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Pre-screened, AI-scored talent matching for technology positions
• Proactive talent pipeline building for clients
• Candidate scoring and readiness assessments
• Client portal access for talent bench management
• Market intelligence and talent availability insights

While we endeavour to match candidates with suitable opportunities, we do not guarantee employment outcomes for candidates or hiring outcomes for clients.

3. Platform Use

You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access the platform through your account

4. Candidate Obligations

As a candidate using VBench, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, applications, and communications
• Keep your profile and availability status up to date
• Not approach client companies directly for roles introduced through VBench
• Respond promptly to enquiries and maintain professional conduct
• Maintain confidentiality regarding client details shared with you during the recruitment process

5. Client Obligations

As a client using VBench, you agree to:

• Provide accurate role briefs and company information
• Not engage or hire candidates introduced through VBench without our involvement, unless the applicable fee has been paid
• Provide timely feedback on candidates presented
• Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
• Use the platform and candidate data only for legitimate hiring purposes

Specific commercial terms including fees, guarantees, and payment terms are outlined in separate client agreements.

6. AI Scoring & Assessments

VBench uses AI-powered scoring to assess candidate readiness and suitability. These scores are indicative and designed to assist decision-making, not replace human judgement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated assessments and recommend clients conduct their own evaluation processes alongside VBench scores.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, design elements, and text on this platform are the property of TalentAligned PTY Ltd and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VBench is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this platform or our services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on this platform, including talent scores and availability data.
