VBench uses artificial intelligence to score and assess candidate readiness. AI-generated scores are used to assist, not replace, human decision-making in recruitment. You have the right to request human review of any automated decision that significantly affects you.

We will only share your personal information with third parties in the following circumstances:

• With prospective employers, with your prior consent, as part of the talent pipeline
• With referees you have nominated, for the purpose of obtaining references
